Todays’s NaPoWriMo prompt asked me write a poem based on a “walking archive.” What’s that? Well, it’s when you go on a walk and gather up interesting things – a flower, a strange piece of bark, a rock. This then becomes your “walking archive” – the physical instantiation of your walk.
I wrote a poem about the three most powerful elements in my office and how each one has power over the other.
Who Beats Who
Thinking automation amplified by silicon fragments.
Forgotten ingenuity maintained by paper slivers.
Extended security perfected by angry BBs.
